Carey Pahel
Author and Co-Owner
Dr. Carey Pahel enjoyed a successful career as an audiologist. After his recent retirement, he embarked on a second career as an author of children’s books. Carey and his wife Nancy, both natives of Pennsylvania, reside in Greensboro, North Carolina. They enjoy spending time with their grown children and chasing their eight young grandchildren. Carey also enjoys outdoor sports, travel, and being involved with his church and community.

Emily Nunn and her husband, Todd, live in Greensboro, North Carolina. They have three young children: Jack, Eloise and Violet; and two furry companions: Leroy and Sully.
